Belgian Restaurant Lieve is the winner of the “Bier en Gastronomie Award”,handed out by the Biergenootschap Der Lage Landen.

In Belgium, food and drinks are an important part of the culture and life. For every occasion there is a restaurant with its own character. Restaurant Lieve has united these characters in a restaurant: guests can choose from three spheres: gourmet, Belgian Baroque and living room. The food and prices are identical in all spheres, but the experience is different. A special restaurant on the Herengracht in Amsterdam, also suitable for (large) groups.

It has been a major challenge to put traditional belgian dishes on the menu. The belgian cuisine does not only exist of grandma’s food. On the contrary: the chefs in Belgium are always looking for new creations. Sometimes with influences from abroad, but always again ... Belgian. At Lieve only pure ingredients that are carefully selected are used. The menu changes four times a year, so you always eat meals that fit the season.

High Tea

The High Tea at Restaurant Lieve is based on the Belgian artisan food, enriched with the typical English aspects. The menu changes every season, hence the assortment for the High Tea changes 4 times per year. Reservations can be made from  20 persons, 7 days a week. Costs are € 20,00pp including unlimited tea consumption. Other drinks will be charged

Groups

Restaurant Lieve is ideal for groups of 8 to 135 people. The restaurant has a separate room where you can dine with up to 50 people, a middle section that is suitable for smaller groups up to 30 people and possibly the entire restaurant for up to 135 people. Even with a group, you can choose from the three spheres (living room, baroque or gourmet). You choose a mood and make a preliminary selection of the menu.

It is also possible to agree upon an all inclusive prices.
